видам экономической деятельности в соответствии с ОКВЭД. Публикуется характеристика федеральных
округов Российской Федерации по основным социально-экономическим показателям.
Справочник издается на русском и английском языках (два отдельных издания).

The statistical estimation method for the monitoring of social and economic processes under conditions of nonrepresentative
samples is proposed in this article. For the receiving of reliable estimates the data grouping is performed by
specially adapted cluster analysis algorithm.

This article is dedicated to analysis of formation and development of statistical studies on environmental protection

This article centers information and statistical problems of energy statistics that requies integration of physical, thermal,
volume and weight measurement units of energy as well as power resources. The specific relevance of this problem involves
pricing of basic energy resources - oil and natural gas - what largely depends on the determination of heat engineering units of
measurement - BTU - rather than on competitive market relations.

In this article conclusions concerning the role of national budget in distribution and redistribution of the Russian GDP and

formation and redistribution of budgetary resources in Russia and other countries.

M.D. Simonova «Selected questions of comparative analysis methodology of external trade conditions and dynamics
of macroeconomic indicators»
Keywords: Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Gross Domestic Income (GDI), trade profit (loss), trade terms, purchasing power
of exports.
The author of this article analyzes an interrelation of GDP indices at constant prices and Real Gross Domestic Income (of
several countries) using the index method in line with international standards. Data for 1996-2009 shows how far trade profits
and losses, linked with changes in trade conditions influence competitive power of a country and formation of its GDP.

Informational family budget in this article is understood as combination of budget expenditures spent to purchase and use
of ICT goods and services. Not only part of the family living within one household is under consideration but also the whole
family with all its complexity, that is - as a multigenerational and territorially dispersed unit. Data of special interregional survey
conducted by ISEPN RAN in collaboration with RARIO in 2010 is used.

This article is dedicated to poverty level analyses in Kirov region and methods of its assessment. In domestic and foreign
practice several approaches to estimate and measure of this phenomenon, however depending on implemented approaches
various results can be obtained, which makes this problem so debatable and vital. Results of a Sample survey on households
«Poverty problems of population in Kirov region», that was conducted by Kirovstat on March 2010, were used as a foundation
for this research.
