Established in 2015, the Union of Health Worker Organizations brings together 170,000 medics from 35 professional associations. #DobroVSelo Rural Healthcare Project Gaining Momentum A medical team equipped with a mobile first-aid station and diagnostic systems, including fluorography, mammography, ophthalmological and other devices, travelled to villages in the Nizhneserginsky district of Sverdlovsk region to provide health checkups as part of the #DobroVSelo project. Best Nurse Awarded in Sverdlovsk Regional Contest A competition hosted by a regional medical college brought together nurses employed with health promotion and disease prevention centers for adults and from district clinics. Youth for Healthy Lifestyles On 30 September 2021, the Thirteenth Ural Congress for Healthy Lifestyles was held online. This annual event aims to showcase and document the learning and best practices of governmental and non-governmental services and academic institutions in promoting public health. Geriatric Care Today On 13 October 2021, St. Petersburg hosted the conference «Geriatric Care Today» to discuss the principles of planning, standardization and quality assessment of geriatric nursing care. Education Without Borders Donetsk Medical College and Tobolsk Medical College named after Soldatov signed an agreement on international academic cooperation to share best teaching practices and to create a favorable environment allowing both teachers and students to develop and use their full potential.
