Ten Thousand Steps to Life On the eve of World Health Day, the Ten Thousand Steps to Life campaign was launched simultaneously in hundreds of Russian cities, including Yekaterinburg. The purpose of the campaign is to introduce people to the affordable, safe and effective exercise of taking at least 10,000 steps daily.
