NURSING IN PEDIATRICS Patient-centered Care in Pediatric Hospital Some 80% of conflicts and lawsuits against healthcare providers in Russia are believed to be due to medical workers’ poor communication skills. In response, the Perinatal Centre of City Clinical Hospital No. 24 has provided effective communication and conflict resolution training to some of its nurses, which has significantly reduced the number of complaints against them.
