АннотацияAim of the study – to examine levels of expression of immunohistochemical markers of vascularization depending on the severity of pathological processes in psoriasis. The study included 80 patients with diagnosis of psoriasis vulgaris (common group). Morphological and immunohistochemical exams where held in all the patients in which primary antibodies to VEGF, CD34 and MMP-9 were used. The obtained results allow us to elucidate the role of angiogenesis in the course and persistence of pathological process. These additional prognostic markers also will help to develop ef efctive schemes for patients treatment
