АннотацияThe article analyzes a mechanism of interaction of the state and civil society in the process of implementation of Article 13 of the UN Convention against Corruption. The authors study some trends of the legal regulation in the anti-corruption sphere and anti-corruption initiatives of civil society. The article proposes ways to increase the efёciency of implementation of standards of Article 13 of the UN Convention against Corruption into the Russian Legislation.
