Аннотация	In recent years, as a result of climate change, water scarcity, and the failure of land reclamation systems, a large amount of irrigated land has been withdrawn from agricultural circulation in our country. This negatively aff ects food security, economic stability, and environmental systems. Therefore, there is a need to introduce a scientifi cally based assessment system for land reclamation. In the process of returning irrigated lands with drawn from agricultural circulation, the main goal is, fi rst of all, the restoration of economically effi cient and environmentally sustainable areas. Accounting and restoration of irrigated arable land plots withdrawn from circulation are based on two main principles:
