Аннотация	Sweet corn, due to its high nutritional value and quality, constitutes an important component of the human diet worldwide. It is a highly popular vegetable, especially among vegetarians. Sweet corn kernels contain no gluten, meaning they play a signifi cant role in gluten- free diets [ 9] . T. Ostonakulov, S. Kholmurodov, and A. Shamsiev [ 5] reported that under the meadow–gray soil conditions of the Samarkand region, optimal fertilizer rates for sweet corn hybrids consist of combining 30 t/ ha of manure with N200P160K100 kg/ ha of mineral fertilizers. In addition, studies conducted in the Bukhara region showed that when diff erent varieties and hybrids of sweet corn were cultivated as a secondary crop under various sowing dates and planting schemes, vegetable- ear yield ranged from 6. 3 to 20. 4 t/ ha. The highest yields – 11. 0 to 20. 4 t/ ha – were obtained when sowing was carried out on 5 July using 60×30 cm and 70×25 cm planting schemes [ 7] . In the conditions of the Republic of Uzbekistan, complete agronomic practices for cultivating sweet ( vegetable) corn across diverse soil- climatic zones have not yet been fully developed. Therefore, conducting scientifi c research to establish optimal agro- technologies for producing nutritionally valuable sweet corn and introducing these technologies into agricultural production remains an urgent and signifi cant task.
