MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS Multidisciplinary Approach to Managing Geriatric Patients in Outpatient Care Setting: Role for Nurses. Older patients often suffer from multiple mutually aggravating chronic conditions which worsen health outcomes. Unless hospitalized, such patients usually need continuous, long-term, and comprehensive observation in an outpatient setting. At City Polyclinic No.15 in Samara, most of this work is performed by nurses. Introducing Medical Cleaning at City Perinatal Center It is generally accepted that quality healthcare today is impossible without state-of-the-art medical cleaning. The City Perinatal Center in Ulan-Ude has set up a dedicated disinfection facility equipped with an innovative cleaning system.
