АннотацияThe paper presents a set of paradigms of historical dynamics and social evolution as a heuristic means for macro-sociological research: territorial dynamics, the functional dynamics and institutional development, market dynamics, conflict dynamics, mental dynamics, cultural dynamics, the model of rises and decays according to responses to challenges and the model of irreversible (socio-evolutionary) changes. A description of each paradigm is supplied (in form of directed graphs and charts) by specific versions of dynamic interactions between key variables, transitions between transformation phases. The way of joint usage of the paradigms is outlined. They help to understand and conceptualize a switching between “logics of historical development” (from one to the other dynamics). Methodology of operationalization of the paradigms involves the Bacon-Mill methods, Boolean algebra and is aimed at clarifying the existing and construction of new theories of long-term social change with macro-events and socioevolutionary shifts

Sociology of the long run: Interplay between the paradigms of historical dynamics (рр. 5–26). <...> The paper presents a set of paradigms of historical dynamics and social evolution as a heuristic means for macro-sociological research: territorial dynamics, the functional dynamics and institutional development, market dynamics, conflict dynamics, mental dynamics, cultural dynamics, the model of rises and decays according to responses to challenges and the model of irreversible (socio-evolutionary) changes. <...> A description of each paradigm is supplied (in form of directed graphs and charts) by specific versions of dynamic interactions between key variables, transitions between transformation phases. <...> Methodology of operationalization of the paradigms involves the Bacon-Mill methods, Boolean algebra and is aimed at clarifying the existing and construction of new theories of long-term social change with macro-events and socioevolutionary shifts. <...> Rational violence and the “Snow Ball” effect during the Ancient and Medieval empires emergence (рр. 39–50). <...> The mechanism of expansion and empire formation is considered from the point of view of the rational choice theory. <...> A correlation is traced between the conquerors' rational dosage of physical, moral or religious violence and the effective empire broadening. <...> The degree of violence in some great empires of the Ancient and Medieval East is discussed. <...> On the coming crisis in world economy From the beginning of the crisis of 2008 the world entered the period which for many countries can be characterized as crisis and recession period and as a whole as a period of slow economic growth. <...> During this period there have been observed unusual 23 Историческая психология и социология истории 2/2016 6 economic phenomena including quantitative easing, deflation, zero or negative rates of interest as well as negative tendencies in the form of stock market bubbles, increase in public debt, decrease in the volume of world trade, etc. <...> The authors suppose that in the second half of 2017 – 2018 the western economy will relapse into a new economic crisis and the crisis period will last for several years. <...> Keywords: deflation, inflation, long cycles, downward phase of the long cycle, upward phase of the long cycle, depression, crisis and recession period. <...> The authors review the key achievements of the French “Ideologues” of the late Alexander A. Kazakov. <...> Kin honoring in Ancient Russia is investigated so as it was seen by the Christian scribes. <...> Having <...>
