АннотацияHereby we invite you to the second Young Psychiatrists meeting focusing on exchange of knowledge and experiences between colleagues from the countries of Eastern and Western Europe The organization committee decided to continue with the appreciated mixture of lectures, workshops, poster presentations and study visits similar to the fi rst conference in Vilnius. As a response to the evaluation of the Vilnius conference and suggestions from colleagues on the internet group we also wanted to provide for case reports that will give us the opportunity to discuss similarities and dif efrences in assessment and treatment based on our national and cultural backgrounds. The scientifi c focus of the meeting will deal with personality disorders. Another focus will lie on coercive measures and legal systems in dif efrent countries, addressed by lectures and a poster exhibition where we would like our international participants to present their national mental health legislation/compulsory measures in theory and practice.
