АннотацияThe article describes the features of narcotic drugs as an object of the legal turnover. The criteria of the demarcation of narcotic drugs from other medicines have been analyzed. The suggested concept of narcotic drugs reяects all the necessary features. Also the brief classiёcation of narcotic drugs is given.
