АннотацияThis paper describes conception of the solution of an original, newly developed method of semiautomatic reparation of the heavy rotary equipment by cutting. The reparation is carried out on the KRUPP’s mill for ore grinding, in Copper Mine of Majdanpek. The method of superfinishing machining is carried out at the very spot, in the own bearings, using the unconventional method of machining, with special concept of installation, developed for this application. The newlydeveloped solution is applied in normal operation of the equipment, opening the upper part of the bearing and ensuring a special lubrication system based on the calculation derived from the theory of hydrodynamic lubrication, with exact values of the oil minimal layer, oil type and characteristics and temperature of the oil layer for the indicated lubrication. This new technology was conceived upon the request of the national industry that has implemented it. This is an original technology and was conceived on the basis of the scientific research analysis of the rotor journals impairments problem. The authors have investigated the problem, developed a new technology, designed a technical solution and implemented it under the production exploitation conditions by realizing the reparation of journal impairments. The advantages of this new technology are that the reparation is performed at the site where the heavy rotary equipment is installed under the normal exploitation conditions with minimal costs, providing a high level of machining precision and high quality of the machined surface.
