В учебном пособии сформулированы основные задачи и содержание практики, требуемое организационно-методическое и техническое обеспечение для ее самостоятельного прохождения. Рассмотрена методика проведения тематических ботанических экскурсий и ведения дневника практики. Описаны методика и техника сбора и сушки растений, правила этикетажа, приемы изготовления гербария. Уделено внимание вопросам охраны растений. Даются методы анализа морфологической структуры растений, краткие сведения об их классификации и номенклатуре, структуре определителей и порядке определения растений. Рассмотрены правила и требования к оформлению результатов прохождения практики, указаны типичные погрешности и ошибки. Приведен список основных определителей и учебных пособий по полевой практике. В приложении дана краткая характеристика растительного покрова Ростовской области.

Учебное пособие посвящено важной экологической проблеме современности — вопросам трансформации фитоценозов техногенных ландшафтов, методам изучения и методологии долгосрочного прогноза состояния фитоценозов как главного компонента формирующихся техногенных экосистем на нарушенных промышленностью территориях.

Настоящее учебное пособие содержит сведения об особенностях морфологического строения цветковых растений и биологии их размножения. Приведена всесторонняя характеристика некоторых декоративных растений, используемых в зеленом строительстве, особое внимание уделено вопросам их размножения и выращивания в культуре.

В монографии обобщены результаты комплексных эколого-биологических исследований на некоторых урбанизированных территориях Восточного Забайкалья по изучению содержания тяжёлых металлов в почвах, древесных и травянистых видах растений. Впервые для территорий пос. Первомайский и пос. Новоорловск определено содержание и накопление ряда тяжёлых металлов (Fe, Ti, Mn, Sr, Rb, Zn, Сr, Сu, Ni) в почвах и древесных растениях. Проведены исследования содержания железа, меди, цинка, никеля и ртути в травянистых растениях в условиях г. Читы. На основании полученных результатов сделана оценка уровня техногенного загрязнения исследуемых территорий.

В пособии изложены вопросы организации учебно-воспитательного процесса в соответствии с требованиями ФГОС. Основу пособия составляют методические рекомендации проведения учебных занятий по биологии в соответствии с главами учебника А.И. Никишова «Биология. Растения. Бактерии. Грибы и лишайники» для обучающихся 7 классов. В пособие включены также программа по биологии и тематическое планирование проведения уроков.

Монография содержит сведения об экологических особенностях дереворазрушающих базидиомицетов лесных сообществ Правобережного Поволжья. Обобщена имеющаяся информация относительно взглядов на проблему выделения группировок различных трофических специализаций. Изучены особенности развития в культуре грибов бурой и белой гнили. Оценена связь культуральных особенностей видов с их биолого-экологическими свойствами, реализующимися в природных условиях. Описаны закономерности формирования анаморф и телеоморф у видов различной трофической специализации в культуре.
