When image is captured it sometimes gets degraded by noise. So the main aim of image denoising is to remove those noise for better quality picture which is needed in different fields such as medical, Astrophysics, geographical location, etc. Till now different techniques have been adopted such as Fourier transform, discrete cosine transform, etc. Fourier Transform has its own drawback so to overcome these drawbacks Wavelet Transform is used. This paper represents idea of combining multiple image modalities to provide a single, enhanced image. In this paper image fusion using combination of laplacian pyramid and wavelet transform method is discussed. Images of same size are used for experimentation. Selected images are first blurred using averaging filter of equal for corrupting the image and denoised as preprocessing step. Performance of image fusion technique is measured by mean square error, normalized absolute error and peak signal to noise ratio. Proposed method is compared with wavelet transform method and laplacian pyramid method. From the performance analysis, it has been observed that MSE is decreased in case of all the three methods where PSNR increased. NAE decreased in case of laplacian pyramid and Combination of laplacian pyramid and wavelet transform where as constant for wavelet transform method.

На первом заседании рабочей группы по отбору национальных проектов, свя- занных с внедрением инновационных технологий и современных материалов в энергетике, статус национального проекта получила прорывная техноло- гия автоматизации цифровой подстанции АСЗУ (iSAS), разработанная специалистами компании «ЛИСИС». Руководитель рабочей группы, Ми- нистр энергетики РФ Александр Новак отметил, что всего до 2018 года в отраслях ТЭК планируется реализовать примерно 20 инновационных нацпро- ектов, что позволит качественно изменить облик отечественной энергетики и экономики в целом.
