In the article the questions of application of the methodology to
evaluate the costs not only for the acquisition of one or another
type of construction material, but also the costs associated
with their further operation over the life cycle. In particular, this
method can be used for budgeting of erection and operation
of roofing (p. 14).
Sokov V.N. High-temperature heat-insulating materials,
synthesized in hydro power form.
The article considers the theoretical positions about the possibility
of creating unfired chamotte light-weight products. The
hypothesis about the necessity of introduction in chamotte
mass of chemically active component that performs the role of
catalyst, an electrolyte, and to provide for the product during
the shaping process in heat power field, short-term drying and
operation of the active high-temperature synthesis (p. 16).

by «Eltek Electronics» company – is one of the main
manufacturers of electronic thermostats, intended for automatic
control of the systems of heating, ventilation and melting
of snow and ice (p. 23).

Gorbenko Vasiliy. Winter installation of windows.
The article says about the nuances and peculiarities, which should
be taken into account in the winter installation of windows. For
example, when editing window should be used at room temperature,
since at cooling the linear dimensions of the frame
and sash can be slightly reduced in size. The author indicates
that at -15°C and below while installing the need a heat gun
and protective screens to be used is obvious (p. 24).
Babkov V.V., Gaisin A.M., Kuznetsov D.V. Experience of designing,
construction and exploitation of heat-efficient designs of
external walls of buildings in the Republic of Bashkortostan.
The article presents an analysis of the experience of Bashkortostan
in the implementation of development programmes in the
practice of design and construction of a new Russian (SNiP 2302-2003,
SP 23-101-2000) and regional (TSN 23-318-2000
of the Republic of Bashkortostan) standards for thermal protection
enclosing structures of residential houses and buildings of
other purpose. It is noted that the standards and requirements
for thermal protection required development and implementation
of new design solutions protecting designs (p. 26).

Germany is the homeland of book-printing, classical romanticism
and first-class cars. And yet at least one of the things,
without which it is impossible to imagine a modern Europe
that are rolls systems. However, in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine
the popularity of those systems also grows. And this is logical:
they perform a range of functions, ensuring the house
comfort and security to its owners: protective, sound and heat

The North and the Far East of Russia.
The article notes that for reducing the cost of delivery of the fuel,
which in many respects provides vital activity in the regions of the
North, around the world used two ways. The first is energy efficiency
at all stages of the life cycle of buildings and constructions:
design, construction, operation. The second is the use of the socalled
non-traditional (mainly renewable) energy sources. This
is first of all wind and thermal power plants, the use of which in
the settlements of the North, scattered over large areas, allowing
inter alia get rid of construction of the power transmission lines.
However, the most effective way to reduce fuel consumption
is the use of energy-saving technologies (p. 36).
The forum SOCHI-BUILD gathered the leading producers and
distributors from all over the country.
The main directions of work of the forum were the architecture,
construction, improvement, housing and communal services,
sports facilities – designing, construction, equipment, climatic
systems, heat, gas and water supply (p. 41).
CNTI «Composite XXI century» is the participant
of the exhibition «Wooden house building – 011».
15-th International show «Wooden House Building /
HOLzHAUS» was held in «Crocus Expo» (Moscow) from
10 to 13 November 2011. Its organizer is the international
exhibition company MVK held a fair under a kind of motto:
«Autumn – the time of the plans and proposals. Spring is the
time of ready-made solutions». In an exhibition have taken
part about 200 companies from Russia, Finland, Belarus,
Germany, Canada (p. 42).
